History

Enrich Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 93 107 571 844) was established in
2004 with the aim of increasing the level of charitable giving in Australia.

To this end, we have created customised professional development programs for financial advisers in client philanthropy, and launched the innovative website GatewayForGiving, which educates
and promotes strategic giving solutions to advisers, charities and the community of donors.

We have designed and delivered training for financial advisers in values-centred financial planning, and provided specialised education for not-for-profit organisations in how to work with financial advisers and in attracting major donors to their cause.  

Our consultation services have helped corporations, non-profit organisations, individuals and families establish charitable programs and engage with their unique philanthropic goals.

Our offerings in consulting and training have expanded to include areas which  supplement and complement our original objectives. See below for an outline of these.

What we do

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT  PROGRAM
 

   Enrich Australia's online training program, Ethics - A Practical
   Framework for Professional Advisers, is accredited by the
  Financial Planning Association of Australia. It is a practical and 
  engaging way for advisers or anyone in a client-facing role to
  digest and apply strategies in the often-complex yet important
  area of analysing conflict and applying personal ethics in any
  personal or professional situation.

  This program is also available in a workshop format which focuses on case studies from actual situations taken from providing advice. 

PHILANTHROPY EDUCATION & CONSULTING 

Enrich Australia provides professional advisers with training
in client philanthropy and also helps them develop business in this space via things such as strategic alliances in the sector and client charity research services.

Enrich Australia also offers a service for philanthropists in assistance with choice of cause or 
charitable project or organisation.

In addition, our customised program for families, friends, associations, etc. enables giving  
to create a durable and sustainable bond, to articulate and transfer family and personal values,   
and create a legacy that is both empowering, conciliatory and transformational in pervasive ways.

MANDY LAMKIN, executive director Enrich Australia, trainer/facilitator/coach

With an extensive background in coaching and facilitation, Mandy designs the accredited online and face-to-face programs run by Enrich Australia, including the corresponding specialised technical/interpersonal tools and resources.

Her areas of training expertise include ethics, values-based practice development, professional/personal development, individual and organisational philanthropy, interpersonal skills, and coaching.

LIN BURGESS, coach/facilitator

Lin Burgess has an extensive background in financial services, as a practicing financial adviser at the CFP® level, an expert trainer in financial advising and as a coach/mentor to financial planners. In addition she has facilitated many seminars promoting the benefits and relevance of financial planning.

Lin's broad insight into professional development for advisers is also evidenced by her wide-ranging skills in the interpersonal area.
