
MANDY
LAMKIN
is a founding director of Enrich Australia Pty Ltd,
a specialist training
and consulting firm
established in Sydney in 2004.
With
an extensive background in coaching and
facilitation, she
designs the accredited workshop and face-to-face
programs run by
Enrich Australia, including the
corresponding specialised technical/interpersonal
tools for use by financial advisers with clients.
Her areas of training expertise include ethics,
values-based practice development,
professional/personal development, individual and
organisational philanthropy, interpersonal skills,
and coaching.
Mandy appeared as a regular columnist for leading financial
industry publication IFA magazine on the
non-technical areas of professional development for
financial advisers, including ethics and the related
areas in business development.
Mandy is an accredited coach since 2001, and a
Member of the International Coaching Federation and
the Australian Journalists Association. She has
qualifications in applied psychology and
counselling, and over 20 years' comprehensive
experience in training individuals and groups in a
diverse range of skills-based personal development
areas and philosophy.
In the not-for-profit sector she has consulted to
and trained charities in working with the financial
services sector, and on major-donor engagement
strategies.
Mandy also has extensive hands-on experience in the
charitable sector having created and facilitated
part of the renowned Quest For Life program for
which she ran regular intensive retreats for over
three years.
Her other work in the not-for-profit area includes
the design and application of innovative approaches
to substance abuse rehabilitation. Since 1997 Mandy
has headed up a non-profit organisation which
supports humanitarian projects in Australia and
South Asia. Overall, she has almost 20 years diverse
experience in local and international project
management in the NGO sector. |
